Collaboration & Networking

Dalit Resource Centre, still at its embryonic stage of development, is set upon collaborating with Department of Sociology, University of Pune, Pune and Department of History, Osmania University, Hyderabad. The purpose of collaboration is to organize seminars and workshops in the area of Dalit discourse, infusing it with inter-disciplinary perspectives. Such collaboration will not only help the project realize its basic aims and objectives, it is also expected to catapult the activities of DRC in sundry areas, to the extent of, reaching out to people, dwelling in the quagmire of pain and apathy, at the grassroots.

Besides, collaborating with these Universities, DRC has entered into networking with distinguished scholars, social activists, and Dalit writers. Some of these scholars who have augmented the Dalit data base of the Centre and have contributed in intensifying the process of networking. are:
